“Extremely well made, fit and finish is impeccable. Has a comfortable, hefty feel to it that invokes quality. The edge is as sharp as it gets and will hold up nicely. It's a pick that will never disappoint whether you're a professional or a home cook. It's always in my knife bag and I see myself reaching for it more than I thought I would. Any doubts about the price go out the window the moment you put it in your hand. I don't think I'll ever replace this one. 10/10”

“oh my god takamura knives are so amazing and the blacksmiths are so nice! i met them at star chefs and tried their knife. i ended up buying this one and the other chefs knife. it was so cool to meet the people who actually make these knives. they engraved my name in japanese which was alo really cool. everyone at work is so jealous of me now. so sharp! and i don't know how to sharpen my knives so i think this is the perfect knife for me. thank you again!”
