“I love how solid and well constructed it is. The materials are great and the teeth are all very sharp. I do struggle with grating ginger on it, as it's hard to hold it steady without it digging into the surface that I am grating against. Maybe I need to work on my technique or watch a tutorial. This is a good size, any smaller would be less enjoyable to use, I imagine.”
