“This is perfect for prep work even in the home kitchen. Just prep your mise en place and place it in the fridge. No worry about clingfilm if you don’t have any. Great for something like nachos or anything you need to have lots of toppings on hand. Mine fits in a standard refrigerator, so if you have a BIG fridge, it will work even better!”

“I love these pan sets. we use the 4 and 6 comp ones and they are great! we also use the small pans for them as well!”

“We use this at our bar- it just looks much more sleek than the regular ninth pans. The quality seems much better too. It's a bit expensive but hey, my restaurant paid for it so I'm okay with it!”
