“The knife is incredibly well designed and built. My only issue with it (and what kept it from being 5 stars) is that it was not very sharp when I used it for the first time. I thought it would be razor sharp and it was about as sharp as one of my regularly used kitchen knives. I expected better for the first out of the box usage.”

“It's my second kanetsugu knife. Low profile, but holds sharp edge. Plastic handleÂ might give this knife cheap look, but very practical,never go off.”
