“After some research and shopping I decided on this knife as a new all-rounder to use everyday in the kitchen and sometimes at work cutting fish. So far I have yet to be disappointed in any aspect. The blade is beautifully forged, with good thickness at the spine while remaining razor sharp at the blade. It is comfortable to hold either pinch or index finger grip with still some knuckle space. Good balance, and blade is just the right length. No chips or rolls so far and that's after a few weeks of meat and veggies.”
