“a clean and healthy gut is the answer to a lot of health problems these days. Dr's wont tell you this they just want to send pills down your throat. I have used this twice and noticed an improvement in digestion and I just feel better overall. Results may vary! lol.”

“Warning: you may find this a bit TMI... However, I have serious bathroom troubles. A bit of IBS, a bit of gluten intolerance, constant constipation for weeks, only for it to turn into the exact opposite. The absolute, only thing that helps keep me going like clockworks... these pills right here. Renu has changed my life, and has indeed made my poops happy. I take them first thing in the morning, and without fail, Iâ€™m in the bathroom right after breakfast. I feel less bloated, and just overall more comfortable. While itâ€™s designed as a light cleanse, I take it daily. For months at a time. It doesn't give me the â€œoh no...â€ feeling, which is a lot better than other cleanses. Would recommend, 10/10. Everyday.”
