“At first I didnâ€™t think it really worked but I kept taking it and definitely started noticing a difference. I then proceeded to run out and after not having it I realized it really helped a lot! It never once bothered my stomach and It doesnâ€™t make you have to stay in the bathroom all the time either. Definitely recommend this product !”

“I wouldn't call it a "gentle cleanse" I've never had such frequency of flatulence or intensity of diarrhea in all my life (far worse than my trip to India). However with that said I felt great at the end of 3 weeks of use, I stopped because I was sore from wiping so much. I would recommend using it to clear out before a show or to get a jump start on your resolutions.”

“Great product, and has many health benefits. I also love the customer service from Mt. Ops. My dog chewed up my sons favorite Mt. Ops hat and they replaced it. He was so pumped when I gave him a his favorite hat for a surprise.”

“I think this is one of the most effective products Mtn Ops sells. The full dose is a little too strong for my body so I take one pill a day and it works great for me. I would definitely recommend this product for anything looking for a cleanse that works.”

“I have had two bottles of Renu so far and I enjoy it a lot! You really feel good from using it. I can tell after a few days on it that I start to look slimmer! It flushes you out but you donâ€™t have to be in the bathroom constantly which is a plus!”
