“These are easy to swallow. The auto ship keeps me in stock. I break mine into one at breakfast and one at lunch/dinner (sometimes I forget at lunch) and keeps me even. It has more stuff than a regular Multi so it eliminates some additional supplements I was taking before-yeah! Now if they could just get them to make the coffee.....”
