“This is the only vitamin I will buy from here until they stop making it. Helps me feel better, not tired after a big meal, feel like the food I do it goes starlight into energy for my workout. Overall the best multi-vitamin for the active male and those not active as well helped me on vacation not gain any weight and I ate what I wanted and didnâ€™t workout at all. Need to give it a try and see for yourself”
