Really good plan good choice of snacks and meals I have yet to see a weigh loss as I first went for the 1500-1800 cal option as my workouts were 1-2 hours per day at least 6 days per week. but due to a neck injury that has been going on for 2 weeks and is still continuing I have not been able to do any workouts. I have now changed plans to 1200-1500 per week and hope to get back to workouts in the next couple of weeks so hopefully will see some progress. The only other downside is I think this plan is really expensive especially when you are a family of 3 and still have 2 other family members to feed so will see how it goes if there is no progress in another 6 weeks I might have to cancel mainly due to the cost.
