“Happy with chicken breasts. The freezer bags were out of stock. Not happy with the delivery. My first delivery wasn’t left in my safe place so I was informed by DPD that my items were perishable. I contacted Muscle food who apologised and said they would send me out some more which they did the following week. It was due to be delivered on the Tuesday which I could follow on the app. They dropped parcels off in the area that I lived but then went back to York depot. I waited in for my parcel but they obviously decided that they didn’t want to deliver my parcel. I got no more communication except it said Saturn issue no data on DPD. On arrival of me getting home from work on the Wednesday I had a note from my neighbour saying he had my parcel. Nothing through my door from DPD. I’m glad my neighbour had the decency to do this.”
