This model of Talman features a Figured Ash top, mahogany back and sides and a magnetic pickup system for excellent sound.
The Ibanez AP2 magnetic pickup produces fat and warm sound, complemented with the AEQ200MT preamp, which has a 2-band tone control and onboard tuner as well.
