“I bought this uke from Music 440 a few years ago now. These guys had a really nice selection of ukes and I played quite a few before choosing this one. I have not been disappointed. This is a lovely instrument with a lovely sound - deeper and more resonant than a soprano. It stays in tune and it a delight to play. My first uke was a cheap little soprano (from a different shop) and I did not enjoy playing it. I love my Makai and its sound has encouraged me to keep playing and learning.”
