“Guitar is great, service was not. While one guy served a customer, the other guy sat on the computer while I waited...and waited... Another customer came in and he served her, then went back to the computer. I waited until the other guy finally finished with his customer and served me. The guy on the computer needs to appreciate that people's time is valuable. I would think twice about returning, particularly if I was in a hurry”
