Product took around 2 weeks to come I felt the communication of the delay was inadequate. Then when I finally received the product it’s faulty and no clear instructions how to refund/return. Very unsatisfied.

We bought two pairs recently. Frustrating to work with...... Very short battery life, not helped by the very sensitive touch controls. Really struggle to manage the on/off. They don’t automatically switch off when you put them in the case. Every time I put them away it seems to start my Apple Music. I will persevere but unlikely to buy another set.

I brought two pairs one for myself and another as gift. Unfortunately the one as a gift was faulty ( very embarrassing for me ) and only one ear was working and the other ear nothing. I have emailed my buds and no response yet asking for a refund.

Bought 2 pairs and both were faulty. Tried to get a refund but no response. Thank goodness I paid through amazon pay otherwise I would of had a hard time getting my money back!

I'm disguted I orderd them 7th of August an still not had them 29 pound anyone cant even deliver if any one sees this comment stay away from this company
