My son wore his EarBuds one day (they were a birthday present), then they wouldn’t charge! I emailed the company three times and each time they sent me instructions on how to connect the EarBuds which I obviously couldn’t do as they would not charge! Asked for a refund or replacement a never received a reply! Waste of money!! Not a happy son either!! Don’t buy from this company!

They never arrived. No help from any emails I sent, just told they ‘would look into it’.

Instruction did not relate to the ear buds. very tricky to adjust controls. But they are cheap so “ hey ho”.

Didn’t work from the moment they arrived, would connect and start playing then constantly drop in and out as if there was something in the way of it connecting to Bluetooth

I never received it and sent emailsss to say it not been delivered and asked for a refund and its now 2 months still no reply or refund. So I wouldn't purchase from these again
