“Just received my order. It was slightly wrong, so I emailed right away and mentioned this. They emailed me back and sent an entire new order to me! What a great customer service! I highly recommend this company. While they are not Military Grade, they will serve most people's requirements for Dog Tags! Great purchase from a great company!”

“For the last 5 years or so, I have been going to My Dog Tags to get my crazy ideas stamped. Every time, the work is perfect, delivered quickly and affordable. They have produced 5 projects for me and every time I have been blown away with the results. I recently saw that they now offered laser etching - I jumped on that to get my logo done! “Not only their products looks amazing, and high quality, but shipping is really fast. Their customer service is impecable. I had a concern when I received my dog tags and after writing an email and sending a couple of pictures, they answered to me the very same day and fixed the issue right away. “Love my tags. I had to use silencers from another set because the ones that My Dog Tags and Z Tags supply slip right off. Great material, the tags themselves are really good quality mil spec.”

Thanks for your feedback. Normally the silencers should stay on tight but if they begin to loosen you can shrink them by dangling the tags (with silencers) on in a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds. We also sell less stretchy black PVC silencers that fit so tight they are practically never slip off, but they are also hard to put on. https://www.mydogtag.com/gear/dog-tag-silencers/pvc-polymer/black
