Made from mil-spec embossed stainless steel.Use as a replacement or spare for regulation issued set.This format is for airmen who were issued tags between 1975 to 2015 using a Social Security number. This was eventually replaced in 2015 with the DoD ID number (EDIPI) (which we offer as Modern Issue Dog Tags).Depending on the issuing base dogtags were either Embossed or Debossed as machines were replaced over time, we offer both options below (but Embossed is easier to read). Mil-Spec Matte Dog Tag Stainless Steel Dull 2D Finish. Most popular Dog Tag, choose this if unsure. Hole and rolled edge can be re-oriented. Complies with military specifications. Embossed or Debossed with customized text. Stainless Steel Long BallChain Mil-spec dull finish long ball-chain necklace. Made in USA. Military Spec. Includes optional silencers.

Hi Mandy, what do you mean by your tags being "printed wrong"? They should exactly match the proof image we sent you after you placed your order. If we made a mistake we will certainly replace them.

“You people have the perfect product that puts a smile on everyone’s faces. Never a bad tag. I’m so happy about my new tags I can’t stop smiling. It’s been over 25 years since my last set went missing I feel settled now knowing the only difference is the thickness of the letters.
