I ordered replica tags of my Dads USMC tags from Vietnam. These are EXACTLY the same, down to the silencing cord. They will be used to make shadow boxes for me and my siblings so we can all have one. Shipping was amazingly fast as well. Much appreciated!

Boot Camp new... Brings back good and bad memories. Only thing missing is 55 years of tarnish. Good job

The fold was wrong. I got these as a tribute and the stamp fold was wrong.

Hi Isaac, you ordered your dogtags with the "rolled-edge" facing down which was most common in the 60s. We do indeed offer our tags in either orientation to match original era-specific dogtags. Please contact us via email and we will help to resolve the issue.

Thank you for such a great service. I replaced my circa 1980 Tags, they were originally pressed on a Vietnam era machine. The font and layout were spot on. The material was quite different. ORIGINAL is thicker and has a shiny finish opposed to the newer thinner and mat finish

Hi John, thanks for your positive review and your military service. You original tag may indeed have been slightly thicker depending on the supplier for the government contract at the time. Our tags conform to modern thickness specifications, nevertheless they are the same 304 stainless steel and can take a beating. We do indeed offer 3 types of finishes of tags on our website to match your originals: matte (dull), a semi-gloss, and reflective shiny.
