“Service was great but the actual tie-tack does not look at all like this picture. It is a shiny silver and you can hardly see the design. I chose it because of this picture showing it as darker and much more visible. If you displayed it that way so we could see the design, you should state that it is ALL a SHINY SILVER. so I was disappointed when I opened the box. I had it engraved so no going back now”
