“This is one review I have been looking forward to writing. I'll start by saying my customer service experience with My Medic is, bar none, the absolute BEST I have had from any company in the past twenty years! I had a work trip coming up in which having a personal FAK was a must so I ordered the MyFAK. This FAK had everything I needed to deal with the real possibility of actually having to use it on that trip. I inquired as to a potential shipping date and received an email from the President of the company giving me several alternatives to expedite the process. I thanked him for their willingness to help and said I would wait for the package to arrive. A day or two later, and two days before the trip, I came home from work to find a package on my doorstep. As I looked closer (must be the cop in me) I found there was no postage or address labels on the box. I opened it carefully, being naturally a bit suspicious, to find the MyFAK and other parts of my order enclosed. Inside was a handwritten note from "Landon" with My Medic. Landon had hand delivered the kit to my home. I was speechless. This company went far and above any possible expectation to ensure the kit made it on my trip. How unbelievable is that customer service?! Fortunately, I did not need to use the kit while abroad but having it gave me some peace of mind. My Medic has a customer for life! With over two decades in LE and 11 of them on a Tac Team I can tell you this kit is PERFECT for first responders, military stationed in theatre or anyone going into the backcountry. Well made and we'll thought out, you won't find a better FAK than this one, and I have bought several others before I found My Medic. Better still, I can support a local company who obviously care a great deal about their customer family. Thank you My Medic and Landon for not simply hitting the bar but going over it by a long shot! “I think the title says it all but I really do wish I had this First Aid Kit on all of my deployments while I was in the Army. The kit they issue is worthless. The sever trauma items are awesome but so are the day-to-day items MyMedic put in this thing. I actually keep it handy because of that instead of throwing it in my trunk or in the basement. Thanks guys!”
