“I have ordered from this company for years with my children. When I had my first son 5 years ago I bought one of these for his toys and still to this day is in perfection condition and is lovely. So now I have my 3rd child I wanted another for his 1st Birthday - so was expecting to receive the same lovely storage bag (obviously different design). However I am blown away at the difference, unfortunately the quality is poor and nothing like the standard they had years ago. It’s really disappointing as this was a present for his birthday, and this was actually more expensive than the product was 5 years ago but the quality is appalling. The bag itself feels rough and made cheaply, and overall it’s really disappointing. When I made my order I was going to order another one for my middle son aswell so I had 1 for each my children, but I’m really glad I didn’t spend £90+ on 2 bags when they are now made to this quality.”

Quality was excellent, embroidery was perfect and they add something to a play area or baby’s bedroom worth having.”
“I bought this bag for my daughter but upon receiving the delivery the stitching was poorly done, I contacted customer service and all they offered me was £10 credit which I declined as said why couldn’t I have it off the item in order to keep, I also explained that I bought one of these for my son 4/5 years ago and the quality of the bags now compared to then are quite poor considering the price.”
