“I was disappointed as the delivery of my products took far longer than stated meaning they hadn’t arrived by the time that I was seeing friends to gift the products. This order included a voucher that I had been given by my1styears from a previous order as the quality of the product I’d ordered wasn’t as expected (the colours of the bag were very different to the images on the website). So overall, a disappointing experience and I’d probably look elsewhere if ordering personalised gifts for children”

“I purchased the personalised Peter Rabbit Wooden Pull Along Train. WOW. Beautiful, as was the persoanlised gift box I purchased too. It was so nice to see that all in the delivery box, then openign the gift box itself. The wee boys parents ( He was turing 1 ) were thrilled with it, so now its a keepsake. Thank you.”

“Bought items in the past and been great. However this time a product came with print not central. I was offered £5 credit which isn’t good enough as you wouldn’t purchase something from a shop which is misprinted. I was asked to return and contact to show proof of postage. Can’t be bothered with the faff, just won’t order again.”
