“Amazed by the quality of the clothes (baby bathrobe) and the beautiful (at no extra cost) of the presentation box. Really looks like you purchased the items from a big department store or a baby boutique in Bond Street. Very very happy with my purchase. “Would have liked proper embroidery for personalisation. The stick on letters won’t last long. I was really disappointed to be honest. No issue with the teddies themselves. A nice gift if executed correctly. Perhaps charge more and have names seen on with yarn. The stickers are tacky.”

“Cute personalised gifts. Removed a star because the stitching came off my son's bag after 2 months and removed two more stars because I have paid for next day delivery twice but received the orders after more than 48 hours”
