“Arrived quickly and safely wrapped. In addition to that it was beautifully gift wrapped. The box it came in and the tissue paper made it look extra special. I hadn’t realised that on ordering so was pleasantly surprised. The gift itself a personalised jigsaw was lovely quality and a nice bag with the child’s name on. Couldn’t fault it.”

“Needed to send back a book I ordered, first the customer service is absolutely shocking! Then I get told I have to pay for the return. And the communication from the offset when I needed help was terrible. Really disappointing for my first order for my first baby would not recommend.”

“I actually ordered three gifts- the oatmeal and mat set, Bluey ice cream parlour and then received a free gift of a small bunny. I was quite surprised that the Bluey ice cream set did not come in one of your lovely boxes- which I think every present ordered (and there has been quite a lot) has been”

“Item damaged & card ordered never sent. Had to rush out and get replacement gift and card for my one year old grand daughter’s birthday party. No offer of compensation. Very poor and disappointed. Will not be ordering from company again.”
