“After receiving my order I had to let them know that the wrong item was sent and they had to send m the item I initially ordered. This was all done after a number of emails and correct item was eventually received.”

“Would have liked proper embroidery for personalisation. The stick on letters won’t last long. I was really disappointed to be honest. No issue with the teddies themselves. A nice gift if executed correctly. Perhaps charge more and have names seen on with yarn. The stickers are tacky.”

“This is the 3rd personalised denin jacket I have bought from here, to give them as presens, and the first two were really beautifully embroidered motifs and the babies names. So I came back here when my first grandchild was born and without exitation ordered for her a denin jacket with her name and the Mini beasts wreath. My daughter was so happy when she received the little jacket, it is beautiful dont get me wrong, but it is not embroydered. I think I would have chosen another motif, embroydered, had I known that this was the case. I believed that thery were all embroydered and this wasn't made very clear on the details. But in the end, it is a lovely Jacket. I keep buying them but would now only choose the ones that are embroydered.”

“Great company, website easy to navigate, reasonable prices and a few delivery options. However, my most recent purchase (a personalised blanket) wasn't as nice as my previous purchase (also a personalised blanket), it was a lot thinner. I wanted the same one I got before but it wasn't on the website. Saying that I would still look at My 1st Years before anywhere else”

“The item is lovely and soft. The only thing I’d say make it more obvious that ‘baby’ is not put on the back of the dressing gown unless you state it, I thought this was automatic so I didn’t put baby in the personalised box for fear it would be stitched twice on the dressing gown and it turned out it wasn’t so my item just ended having the surname. When I scrolled down further you mention this but it’s not really in big print.”
