“It was so very bad. The present was not even available . One email was sent but I could not read it for a long time. The least the company could do is send a text message , ring me or start a refund so I would be aware of it. They just let it be, until I chased it and obviously it was still not available. I wonder if there had been a discrepancy on my part eg I payment or otherwise how the company would have reacted. So disappointed. I had reorder a present for my grand daughter’s first birthday from for other company and hope and pray it arrived in time”

“Appalling. Don’t ever use. Has ruined our new baby gift. They claimed to send it out but never did. They lost the parcel. I had to chase it. Then the item was out of stock. They refused to replace it with something slightly higher value despite their mess us. Customer service??? There is none. Don’t ever buy from them unless you want disappointment upset and stress”
