“I ordered the Teddy ball pit along with a personalised rucksack for my Granddaughter’s first birthday, but the items never turned up. I believe the problem was with Evri as they seemed to have lost my items, and not with my 1st years who were quick to respond when I contacted them and resolved the issue satisfactory by giving me a refund as by this time the ball pit was out of stock .”
