“Very nice backpack and I would have given a higher score however one of the pictures shows the backpack on the back of a chair and it looks way bigger on the picture. The backpack looks a lot smaller than that in person but it is still a good size for a toddler if they are wearing it themselves. The main reason for the low score is it took 2 weeks from me ordering to receiving! And no this wasn’t a delay with the courier, My 1st Years took way longer to dispatch the item that the delivery estimates stated on their website and were not helpful when I contacted customer service to chase multiple times.”
