“Whereas the robe is of good quality the personalisation did not turn out as expected. The font I chose (elderflower?)was shown to be block print but it turned out to be cursive joined up lettering.”

We do offer a few different font styles for this product, including both block and cursive options. We're sorry if the selection process caused any confusion; that’s certainly not what we want when creating something personalised and special.
