“Really liked the bag design but overall was very disappointed with the personalization. I’ve order from here before and really liked my previous purchases. On this order the text was very large and the stitching was done in a very light colour, very spaced so the text is illegible. I asked if this could be rectified and was offered credit for the purchase but it wasn’t worth the cost of return shipping and ordering the bag again would have had the same result. For this to be fixed, it needs smaller font size and darker tighter stitching like other bags on the website.”
