“I opted for the eco gift box and it did come bashed up which was probably from delivery not them but I used the tissue paper and a gift bag instead. Ordered the normal gift box before and that has always turned up in great condition.
However, I am happy that it can be recycled and that it is better for the environment and most gift boxes will end up in the bin anyway.”
