“I love the nicer boxes but don’t have use for them every time so happy not to always have them, however I also don’t feel a box is necessary at all most of the time. I’d have been happy for the item to have been in a padded out plastic posting bag. Similarly with clothing, no need for a box at all, just a well padded plastic bag like most other retailers use :)”
