“Very good, delivery time as stated, items are great. Dressing gown and toys lovely and soft. The only issue is that one of the gift boxes is ripped at the edge. The item was well packaged so this can't have happened in transit.
I know this is just a one off as I have ordered from 1st Years before and never had any problems.
I would appreciate a replacement gift box as this is for a 1st birthday present. Thank you.”
