“Giftbox was damaged. Corner of the gift box was I indented and wouldnâ€™t close due to a faulty magnetic strip. Not happy that the item couldnâ€™t be gifted in the gift box as hoped. Also shocked this wasnâ€™t checked over before being dispatched.”
