“I’ve been disappointed recently with the overall quality. The robe itself is lovely but the quality of the gift boxes have really went downhill. I’ve had to contact you on a few occasions to request new gift boxes to be sent to allow me to give these gifts to my family/friends for their new babies. I can tell you have swapped to a new supplier of the gift boxes. What’s more disappointing is the box they are arriving in is fully intact which suggests these are knowingly being shipped out in a damaged gift boxes.”
