The original order came damaged ( a large dent on one corner with paint pilled off) I called the customer service, sent over detailed pictures and they arranged FedEx to pick up the package and shipped a new one immediately after they received and examined the damaged one. “Nice little safe. I didn't follow the instructions to set up the fingerprint ID correctly. Called their customer service and they were excellent! I realized my mistake but let them guide me through the process. Resolved in 2 minutes.
Overall quality of the safe is excellent. I anchored to a shelf and to a back wall. Used 4 265lbs Snaptoggles for the back wall. Not going anywhere :)
