“The Hearts Cardi is ok. The hearts are not stitched/defined that well for such an expensive top. I also felt a little "ripped off" when I was offered free shipping over $150 and also 10% off your first order but when you apply this (bringing the price down) they then add the shipping back on which defeats the purpose of offering 10% off. I also contacted the company on Instragram and never had a reply.”
