Each box includes twenty refills good for 40-100 sessions. This all depends on the time of your sessions. For example, each refill is 30 minutes or broken down into two 15 minutes session which equals 40 sessions for all 20 refills. If you use the refill for say less only 6 minutes a session, this will give you 5 sessions per refills which equals approximately 100 or more sessions.
