In the U.S., very few, if any, curbside recycling programs accept these types of plastics, which often end up in landfills. This contributes to environmental and ecological issues, ultimately leading to negative impacts on human health. Ideally, if the company comes up with a refill system using non-plastic containers that would be even better than recycling plastic which has proven to be very challenging and often impossible.”
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The ultrapure sterile water refills are fully recyclable. They are made from LDPE (low density polyethylene). The same material used in many plastic water bottles.
