“Mypurmist says it is mandatory to use their sterile water. I bought the water subscription for a lifetime warranty. The package came and the Box was torn, ripped, and crushed. This batch had been a return, or recycled, or very poorly handled. It does not appear to be sterile. So far they have refused to honor the warranty as well.”
