As a voice teacher for 30 years, I always hesitated to recommend humidifiers. Mypurmist changed my mind due to the sterile water tubes and self-cleaning feature of the device. I use mypurmist as do many of my students. Thank you!

I have a mypurmist, the one that is rechargeable. I've been using quite a bit for the last few months as a professional theatre actor and vocalist. Specifically for use for prior to auditions to help hydrate my vocals and also post vocally exhausting days. Such as rehearsing a lot vocally or after a vocally exhausting performance and this helps my vocals recover very quickly. To keep with the lifetime warranty I continue to use the provided sterile water so I always have a guaranteed product that works. Some may say it's crazy to order special water, but to know my device is in top shape makes it worthwhile to me.

Post-Covid, I was diagnosed and treated for reactive airway disease despite being up to date on my vaccines. Albuterol was prescribed, and I supplemented with Mypurmist steam inhaler/ultrapure sterile water. My doctor added an inhaled corticosteroid, but I still find symptom relief from Mypurmist steam inhaler as my likings heal.

As stated in title, sterile water packs have very strong odor, and don’t go away when steaming. Try to contact customer service…no luck!
