“I recently had to replace my mypurmist classic plug in device because the first one I recieved. It was gifted to me because I have sinus issues and a friend sent one to me to help bring relief. The first one did not work at all. No light - no mist - I called the customer service line and was quickly helped and recieved a replacement within days. I'm very appreciative.
I tried using my new device a couple of days ago and followed the directions and it worked perfectly, just as the directions said it would. I was very grateful. But as of now, I can't say if it made a difference with my sinus issues. I'm hoping as I continue to use it, that I will see a difference. Once I notice an improvement, I will review again.”
