“I bought this last winter (2015) and it worked fine. I used the unit in the winter time do to the dry humidity in ohio in the winter. Turned it on in November this year (2016) and it would only heat a few seconds and cool down. would not operate after that correctly.I purchase another unit this month, December 2016. costly item for such a short time. will try again because the item is a great benifit.”

“I bought this on sale yesterday at my Costco Warehouse. I had used a room humidifier, for the first time, the night before and that loosened up some congestion in the morning. My sister said not to waste the money, I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I have had a chest cold for the last three weeks and it has just worsened.
