Hi! 👋 Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, and I am sorry to hear that this happened. Occasionally, residue will dry on the opening of the bottle, causing the top to resist opening. In this case, we typically recommend putting the opening of the bottle under warm water in attempt to loosen up any of the residue. From here, I recommend pulling the cap off instead of twisting it. I also recommend gently wiping the top of the bottle after each use to prevent residue from building up.
