“First, this is not a reliable company, I would look for other alternatives or shop on reputable sites. My order took more than 2 weeks to receive and no updates whatsoever. When they finally arrive, the oils made me break out and I requested a refund immediately. This is where the nightmare began. Returned items were immediately received within a couple days and I understand that refunds take at least 10 business days. This was over a month and I had to email them multiple times, asking about my refund. Their reply is the same repetitive automated response, “Please wait at least 14 days from return for return.” It was clearly over the 14 days and they had no answers so they started ignoring my emails. Stay away from this company!”
