“I purchased this serum at the end of January. I contacted the company soon after that the dropper wasn’t extracting product and it appeared that the bottle was only ½ full. I was surprised that they did not offer to send another bottle. Long story short the bottle is completely empty after 5 weeks. Maybe that’s normal? I’ve had other serums in similar sized bottles last 2-3x as long. I liked the product but felt the service at the company was poor. Not sure I’m willing to try again - I think monthly purchases of any product is a little ridiculous.”
