My ONLY complaint is that it takes so long to receive once the order is placed. I just placed another order 10 days ago and still do not have the product. I wish that you did not use USPS for delivery when there are better options for quicker more efficient options. Still will not keep me from the products!”

“I like your products, but not your packaging of them as some of them do not indicate what use the product is for. Example: "Protect" Face Serum should say "Day Protection" Face Serum; "Rejuvenate" should say "Day or Night Moisturizer". "Protect" and "Rejuvenate" by themselves do not tell me when to use it. Also, the dropper that comes with the "Protect" serum is very short; it does not reach half of the product; I am always struggling with it. Pretty packaging but not practical. Nice products though and they feel good on my skin. I would give them 5 stars if the packaging had more useful information and a longer dropper in Protect.”
