“I have switched all my skin care products to Naked and Thriving. If they could improve shipping situation would take away my only complaint. You pay extra for some guarantee that the order won’t be lost in transit and then pay extra for shipping that takes about a week. Without the expedited shipping my orders were taking 3+ weeks. I think they can do better. Should not have to pay all these extra costs for routine delivery in a reasonable time.”
