“Unfortunately I've used the hammock 5 or 6 times and I've found the loop ends fraying, and are now unsafe. I have noticed a sharp protrusion on the inside edge of the carabiners. This is what damaged the Hammock. I've attempted to contact Nakie numerous times through their Facebook and website emails with no response. That's probably the worse part. I've included pictures.”
